2. Production & CAD Design Approvals
We leverage international auto die-designing software to construct 3D files and sample test profiles. It is the sole responsibility of the ordering client to review and approve specifications, sizes, measurements, and material tolerances prior to ultimate assembly board fabrication. Dynamic Die Maker will not be held structurally liable for dimensional fitment gaps if physical execution perfectly replicates configurations digitally verified by the client.
3. Quotations & Billing Standards
All structured business price quotes calculated via our estimators remain valid for a specified window, subject to shifts in regional raw tool element markets (e.g., premium steel rule variations, composite base boards). Orders will be calculated on structural difficulty and processed cleanly through matching legal channels utilizing the valid company registration identifier: **GSTIN: 24DQIPK1042K1ZY**.
4. Delivery & Turnaround Schedules
While we consistently endeavor to fulfill and pass finished custom products into transport swiftly according to standard line schedules, stated production timeframes remain baseline forecasts. Structural issues, raw compound delays, or equipment maintenance overruns within our Rajkot production sheds do not validate immediate cancellation requests unless previously guaranteed in written order agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
All native source architecture design files, software assets, graphics, structural site content layout frameworks, and specialized manufacturing guidelines remain the exclusive property of Dynamic Die Maker. Clients retain explicit ownership of proprietary brand concepts, graphic schemas, and package sizing dimensions submitted for tailored die rendering.
6. Governing Law
These terms and operational contracts shall be fundamentally regulated and construed in alignment with institutional laws across the state of Gujarat, India. Any arising formal discrepancies or physical claims shall be resolved within courts of appropriate jurisdiction situated exclusively in Rajkot, Gujarat.
